Seahawks Fan 771 Posted June 18, 2018 (edited) In spite of my goal being 250 pounds (soon to be 200 after I reach 250) I’m thrilled to have dropped out of the Obese class 3 category. Normal weight is not to far off now! Edited June 18, 2018 by Seahawks Fan 10 Rainbow_Warrior, okayestmom, domi and 7 others reacted to this

It seems that 40 and over is "OBESE CLASS 3". Well, guess what, my BMI fell under 40 just last Saturday, six days after my 62nd birthday. Once I dropped under 124.7 kg (275 pounds), I had made it. At 124.6 kg, I was 50 kg (110.2 pounds) under my weight/mass on the day I met my surgeon 48 weeks ago on Monday July 17th, 2017. I'm batting for better than 1.000 by reaching more than 52kg lost by July 16 (52kg in 52 weeks). Cheers to you and your achievement. Your post prompted me to look it up and find out that we both transferred an obesity category at about the same time. (I remember when my BMI was 61+ and when I did not expect to make my 60th birthday!) 1 Sleeved36 reacted to this

Rainbow_Warrior 996 Posted June 22, 2018 I went for my exercise assessment today (friday 22nd June) at noon and weighed in at 122.9kg (270.9 pounds). It's been a good couple of weeks for my shrinkage!
Losebig 508 Posted June 30, 2018 Wohoo! Looking good. Who thought we would Celebrate being merely obese? I just got to ‘overweight’ myself and was psyched. Keep up the good work!
