Where do you buy your whey isolate

If generally I wait for GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, or bodybuilding.com to have sales and promo codes and buy a bunch then.

They frequently have 20 to 25% off coupons that stack with other sales (buy one get one half off)

I believe I recently bought some at GNC with a 20% coupon that stacked with their buy 1 get one half off sale.

If I need something in a pinch I'll pay full price from anywhere, but generally I load up during the big sales as they are very frequent.

The GNC sale is probably still running (make sure to find the promo code for 20% off if you use it) , and all of them will likely have 4th of July sales soon

Has anyone tried instead of drinking their Protein taking A pill or Gummy form of Protein. I saw this Gummy protein online and I thought about buying it. I take one a day women’s Multivitamin in gummy form because the ones my doctors prescribed would Always make me throw up.
Has any one tried the one I post a picture down below. If so how was it? Any recommendations?

I'm not sure how much sugar this gummy has but I've seen RAP gummies with 16g of sugar. Make sure you look closely at the nutrition facts.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
