Nausea every morning

I had my surgery February 20,2018 and I’ve had no real issues except for when I was wake up I’m extremely nauseous at least until I get my first few sips of something to drink, even to the point of gagging while I’m running to the kitchen for a bottle of Water. Anyone else have this problem? Am I just dehydrated when I first get up? It literally stops as soon as I drink something!

Keep a bottle of Water next to you when you sleep.< br /> I find that I have to take a drink a few times a night due to oral dehydration, I have a CPAP so that compounds the issue. I could see how it could cause nausea.

Yes, I keep Water beside the bed and drink a few times at night. However it could also be slight acid reflux, just keep a watch on it.

I’m feeling like that as well but I’m just a few days out from surgery. I hope you feel better soon.
