1234567890 328 Posted June 15, 2018 Stalls are part of the process.. I hva had about 6 to 8 stalls... I am 15 months post op.. try changing your diet and add more protein.. sometimes eat a bit more calories.. stall tells your body to slow down in your weight loss.. its expexted and normal... most important part dont be discouraged.. best of luck 1 JamJarGem reacted to this

SleevedJuneBug 16 Posted June 15, 2018 (edited) I had my surgery April 18th and have lost 30 pounds since then. I've gone through two stalls so far lasting about four weeks total. Stalls are definitely a thing but I think you're losing way above average, so way to go! cajun_queen 94 Posted June 15, 2018 Stalls are a part of the surgery unfortunately. Don't get discouraged, you will start losing again. I went through a lot of stalls. I found walking everyday made the weight start falling off again. Good Luck and don't let a stall get in your head! 1 anaariesrod reacted to this
