Sleeved36 356 Posted June 14, 2018 What is everyone's favorite chili recipe? I like Chili, all different kinds. Looking for a little variety. No heartburn here, but I am a bit of a wuss with really spicy things.
Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted June 14, 2018 White bean chili with chicken - YUM! https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/white-bean-chicken-chili except that I use ground chicken rather than cut up. It came out delicious and not very spicy. Put a little shredded cheese or Greek yogurt on top with a little green onion. 1 Sleeved36 reacted to this
Creekimp13 5,840 Posted June 14, 2018 Super Easy Tofu Chili Giant jar of Great Northern Beans, drained Packet of taco seasonings Small can chicken broth A pound of super firm cubed tofu, drained A large jar of your favorite salsa 8 ounce bag of shredded reduced fat colby jack cheese Heat up first five ingredients, then mix in shredded cheese until melted and combined. Yum. You can add extra peppers and onlons if your salsa isn't chunky enough. Don't have tofu? This recipe is perfect for chicken breast, too. 1 Sleeved36 reacted to this
Frustr8 7,886 Posted June 14, 2018 Sounds so good, can't wait to try it, might be able,to substitute ground turkey too. But I like tofu anyway, and I like the way it takes on the other flavors so nicely. ♨

Sleeved36 356 Posted June 15, 2018 Creek: what's a small can of chicken broth? Most are 15 oz. Do they come smaller?
Frustr8 7,886 Posted June 15, 2018 Not Creek but Frust8. I'm pretty sure that's the size she meant. Swanson and College inn are now marketing larger cans and cardboard containers. that look like at milk cartons, at least that's what Kroger and Wal-Mart have on their shelves. 1 Sleeved36 reacted to this
