Seahawks Fan 771 Posted June 14, 2018 I’m so close to dropping into obese class 2 at 264. After that on to the next goal which would be obese class 1 and onwards. I kept my 3 & 4X shirts & worked out in them until last week when I went into XL & skipped 2X altogether. I’m frequently at the gym & now running 6mph on the treadmill. There’s still a long way to go but I feel pretty good so far. I track EVERYTHING on MyFitnessPal & it’s such a tremendous help. I also have an Instagram page with examples of plates I eat that’s a work in progress. You can check it out at, “ my_tiny_healthy_plate “. But I find it funny that if I do hit 200 lbs, i'm still "overweight"... I do think they need to rethink some of these category levels. She demanded,to,be taken, to relieve herself Otherwise the feces would retract into her bodyy And then there are the other men wh0 have a genital problem. I told one I was a orry about his problem but I didn't believe a laying,on of my little hands was going to help me muvh, not to mention he would be happier than I would be.
