I use chicken more often than beef
I like Ragu chunky garden style super mushroom for my sauce
I like to use fresh mozzarella and low fat ricotta, and a little shake of parm on top
Sometimes i like zucchini in it:)
Wonton wrappers are only 20 calories each. I use about three per cup.
These are awesome for packed lunches:) They freeze and reheat well, too.
