abefroman329 704 Posted June 19, 2018 I ate a quarter of a doughnut about 10 days out and immediately threw it back up. That was the last experiment for me. I’m six months out and can eat anything in small amounts, hamburgers, fried chicken, pizza, you name it. It’ll get here soon enough, I promise. But you won’t get here at all if you cheat. I was eating hamburgers almost everyday at around 8-10 weeks out. Of course my version of a hamburger was 1/6th of a pound of 93% lean ground beef on a low carb/low calorie high Fiber pita with a heavy dose of salt pepper ketchup. If you make a healthy version of anything you can have it sooner (and more often) than later
