AllyJonesVSG 184 Posted June 13, 2018 I'm at the dreaded 3-4 week slowdown, but this isn't about that. I just am sort of regretting that I can't eat anything, or so little that my life seems to be centered around food. More than 3 tablespoons of food and I feel sick/nauseated, so I stick to that. Which means my stomach is so empty every 3 hours or so that I feel sick/nauseated in a different way. Last night I felt so bad I was just wishing I'd never done this. Anybody got a pep talk? I could sure use one. 3 GreenTealael, Pearldrop and Dmantei56 reacted to this

FancyChristine15 810 Posted June 13, 2018 Someone told me this right after I had my surgery, and I'm glad they did: "the first month is the worst". It's so true. Just hang in there, and it will get better! 2 Dmantei56 and AllyJonesVSG reacted to this
Caligirl T 28 Posted June 13, 2018 Your entire life will change for the better..not only physically but mentally, but also your confidence and this will empower you! trust me...I am working out 3 times a week, I love how my clothes look, size 4 jeans from size 12-14....I am happier full of life...not because I lost weight but because Ive changed as a person....I eat good, exercise, love my body, embrace myself, I get facials, started volunteering, becoming involved, planning trips and getaways....you don't change mentally and spiritually, you have to work on those things now that the NEW you has taken over....Roll with it...embrace it and keep on moving! Love yourself! 3 ProudGrammy, Brassapple and AllyJonesVSG reacted to this
BostonWLKC 807 Posted June 14, 2018 It’s gets so much better - hang in there! I’m at 6 months and eat almost a cup or 4 oz (depends on weight or volume). 1 AllyJonesVSG reacted to this
AllyJonesVSG 184 Posted June 14, 2018 Thank you, everyone. I appreciate it. Taking a deep breath and moving on. To cheer myself up today, i tried on every item of clothing in my closet and packed up 3/4 of it to go to Goodwill! It's all too big/loose/baggy. So that was fun... 4 Pearldrop, Taoz, BostonWLKC and 1 other reacted to this
