I started my 2 week liquid diet today. Now that its started I just keep trying stay busy but realistically I'm HUNGRY. 32 oz Water down and 11oz protien shake down so far and its not even noon.

I just started my liquid diet as well and I’ve had a horrible headache all day. I think it’s because of the caffeine withdrawal. Definitely drinking tons of Water.< /p>

Day one was ok. Day two a lil hard , on day 3 and it's been ok but I want to taste good but I'm determined. I have to cook for family of 5 so it's tough. My surgeons list said I could have Decaf tea or coffee can you have that? It may help.

Not bad with me being pre OP I been.able to do 64 oz by 5pm at least. After that i dont worry to much and that is just pure Water.
