Surgery is Wednesday. I have not followed my liquid diet as required. Yes , I'm losing weight. I'm eating 1 salad or an omelet per day along with liquids and Proteins. The diet is all liquids, 800 calories, and 64 Oz of Water, along with light exercise.

I let a few days of being uncomfortable change my mind set. If I want to be successful I need to follow things as instructed. I'm going to follow my instructions . I have things to keep me busy while I recover. I will address this with my therapist.

I will follow my plan. I will be successful. No more unauthorized changes

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
