At 8 days out, some pain is going to be normal, you are still healing, your stomach is still swollen. Just take it easy and do what you can.

Regular Gatorade is not recommended, as it's full of sugar. G2 still has too much. Propel, Powerade zero, and mio are much better options. Keep trying! Hopefully you find something that works for you and you will feel better soon.

I made some lentil Soup, it is high in Protein and easy on my stomach. I find it is also really satisfying. I hope you find something that doesn’t hurt while you eat.

I have found really good posture at the dining table helps me digest.

Did your Dr give you anything for stomach acid? If not, give them a call and se if you can get something
