But having 2 Premier Protein shakes, drinking Water and poweraid, then have a bit of Soup for lunch and dinner. Tried Vitamins this morning and they made me sick so going to try different one tomorrow. doingitforme18 26 Posted August 1, 2018 (edited) Hi everyone!! I'm one week out and doing great!! I can't believe the difference these past few days. It feels like all of a sudden my stomach started to work again and now I can drink much more than I was a few days ago!! I started on pureed today, which for me is cottage cheese consistency. I'm retraining myself that I need food to live, not live for food How is everyone else doing?? Thanks Edited August 1, 2018 by doingitforme18 1 lizvirgo09 reacted to this

I use Protein2o. I also would simmer Bone Broth, add whatever spices I liked and put in carrots and onions. When the carrots were soft I blended them and the onions and added the liquid. Add protein to it and it counts towards your daily total. 1 Frustr8 reacted to this
