heatherjudson 62 Posted June 3, 2018 I’m so excited to share that I’m no longer overweight. This surgery has been the best decision of my life. I have had a few stalls so for those of you in a stall hang in there! I pretty much eat what I want except high sugar foods, rice and bread. I work out 3-5 times a week at Equinox. I do spin, Pilates and boxing. I’m 20 lbs away from my goal weight and fitting into size 8 and medium clothes. One thing I’m trying to do is avoid designers and stores that don’t have plus size clothing. They didn’t want my business when I was a size 18 so they don’t get it now. Good luck to everyone going through this process! HW 227 SW 221 - 11/27/17 GW1 185 - bye bye obese! GW2 154 - bye bye overweight! heatherjudson 62 Posted June 4, 2018 Pink Nova - There are some foods that will trigger my food coma. The way dumping syndrome manifests for me is that I get hot and flushed, a tummy ache and then I lie down and pass out for 1-4 hours depending on how bad the offense was. Most bread does that except potato bread for some reason. I can always eat 4 bites of anything and risk a very mild reaction.

I’m very curious about the dumping thing since I’m new at this. 1 heatherjudson reacted to this

I feel like this has happened to me before and I didn't realize it was dumping. Hmmm, I will def keep better track next time. 1 1 Frustr8 and heatherjudson reacted to this
