I would start with doing liquids for like a week, then start eating again with better choices: Protein first, low carb and try to eliminate sugar. Sleeved36 356 Posted June 2, 2018 I am sorry you are going through this. Calling the nutritionist is a great idea. Take it one day at a time, one healthy meal at a time. My favorite meal website is skinnytaste. Check it out, healthy food can be yummy too. You lose weight in the kitchen and keep it off in the gym. More exercise might help. Exercise motivates me to eat better for sure. It isn't easy and you sound like you are stressed. Post a little more info and everyone might be able to be more helpful. Hang in there!
