LaurenP 4 Posted May 28, 2018 I had my MGB done in July 2017. I started at 246 and 5’ 7.5”. I am currently at 180 ish. I haven’t lost any weight in 3 months and I am 14 lbs from my docs goal weight and 25 from my personal goal weight. I am eating okay (this is probably the area I need to clean up) and drinking 90+ oz. water/day. I exercise at least 3x/week for about 45-60 min each. What are some things that helped you lose weight? Nutrition guidelines? My surgeon didn’t give any of us guidelines, just to eat Protein first and stop when you’re full. Not super helpful... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
