Justs wondering because I tried to eat refried bean and it hurt so bad in the center of my chest. Hope I dont have a leak.

If you eat too fast or don't chew enough you will get bad pains. It took me some days to even out my system. I started using benefiber in my Water every day. If the diarrhea persist, ask your doctor. You do not want to become dehydrated.
