Creekimp13 5,840 Posted May 27, 2018 1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla, fat-free yogurt (greek gets you more protein) 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries) 1 large banana, sliced Dixie paper cups Aluminum foil and wooden popcicle sticks (if you don't have these, i've used plastic spoons for the handle) Blend your yogurt, banana and berries in your blender, food processor or nutri-bullet Taste it and add Splenda or your sweetener of choice if you think it needs it pour into cups, cover with foil, poke a stick in there and freeze. Sleeved36 356 Posted May 28, 2018 We make a million variations of this! My boys love tossing stuff into the food processor and pushing the bottons! The reusable popsicle molds are easy to use. vanilla Greek yogurt, Peanut Butter (can use the powder), and banna is a favorite. Add in oats sometimes too! Matt Z 4,139 Posted May 29, 2018 I tried something with my pre-op diet that worked out VERY well. I was allowed sugar free Jello and watermelon on my diet. So, I took 1 cup of watermelon and liquefied it, boil the 1 cup of Water required for the jello then add the jello and mix as instructed, but then rather than add in more water, add in that 1 cup of liquefied watermelon, then you can either set them up for popsicles or put them into plastic cups and freeze them. They create this awesome frozen, Italian ice style treats with no added sugars and minimum calories!
