I took the Metro and then an Uber and I Ubered home. I had people who would have taken me. I think they all assumed someone else was taking me. I actually thought about it a lot. It felt like a meditation. My weight has always been a journey that I was alone in. It felt sad but appropriate that I should do this alone.
