SleeveinIL 386 Posted May 24, 2018 Here's a picture of me a year ago on vacation and another of me from last night. This is the first photo I have taken since my sleeve on 3/16/2018. This is the first time I am actually SEEING any change. When I look in the mirror I see the same person on the left when I was at my HW of 308lbs. This morning I was weighed in when I saw one of the many docs we see, and was 242lbs.
