So, I’ve been able to do 5 laps. The major pain is gas pain in upper abdomen and between shoulders and breasts.

Clear liquids (broth, Water, sf Jello, Protein water) are going fine. I’m currently around 29g of protein (goal btw 30-40) and 34oz of liquid (goal btw 30-40).

Peed but can’t seem to pass the gas out. Never thought I’d look forward to fart.

Mostly hard to sit still for so long (not my typical nature). I brought my iPad and phone but TV had too many food commercials

Welcome to the other side.....I would walk around as much as I could. That will help get rid of the gas pain you're having.

I’m trying. I’m up to 8 laps. Nurse said heat helps as well so I’m doing heating packs on areas that feel the most pressure.

Come on just one good belch!

I was sleeved on this date as well and I am experiencing the same things

Gas seems to be breaking up a bit this am, but now have occasional sharp pains in my upper chest.

I get to try non- clear liquids this morning. Carnation Instant Breakfast with a Protein scoop... yum!

I now think I’m addicted to sugar free popsicles. 😬. I’m glad I made some popsicles at home with some protein Water.

Making laps like a champion.
