Pattypoo1 0 Posted November 2, 2007 Hey everyone, Well, I made it thru banding yesterday. It hurts, of course I expected it to. It's not excruciating, but it still hurts. I'm just sipping fluids and resting...just thought I would check in and let everyone know I made it

Pattypoo1 0 Posted November 2, 2007 Carol, I came home at around 5, same day. It took them forever to release me becuase their computers went down, and she couldn't do anything! So I walked the halls, and everytime I passed the nurses station I asked if I could leave yet...

thundandlight 0 Posted November 4, 2007 I have tried twice to "practice" doing the liquid diet because I have to do it for 10 days before surgery. I have not been able to stick to it. Maybe it will be different when I have no choice. I seem to be eating more right now too, I don't know if it's nerves or because I know later I won't be able to eat. Anyone go thru this? Mscas3 0 Posted November 4, 2007 Congrats and welcome fellow bandster. I had my band on 10/30/07 and still sore but doing better. The liquid diet is hard but I was able to eat yoplait and Soup and keep it down. I return to work on Monday and a little nervous about that. Hang in there!:clap2:
