Weight watchers after surgery

Recommended Posts

So I am 2.5 years post gatric bypass and have kept the weight off but would still like to lose 30 more lbs and have hit the wall. I signed up for weight watchers tracking just for a change of pace. I have a weird quetion for anyone who has tried this. We all know that feeling when something hits you wrong right after you eat it and you throw it right back up. Do you get those points back? I know it seems like a stupid question but I would like to track points properly if I am going to pay for it. TIA

That's an interesting question. Part of me feels that if you didn't get to ingest, then it shouldn't count. But the other part of me knows that some of the food is getting absorbed through the mouth and some will make it past the pouch. Have you posed this question to the WW folks?

Following this, it's something I've wondered about myself.😣

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
