JacksdadShane 65 Posted May 22, 2018 So I am 2.5 years post gatric bypass and have kept the weight off but would still like to lose 30 more lbs and have hit the wall. I signed up for weight watchers tracking just for a change of pace. I have a weird quetion for anyone who has tried this. We all know that feeling when something hits you wrong right after you eat it and you throw it right back up. Do you get those points back? I know it seems like a stupid question but I would like to track points properly if I am going to pay for it. TIA

Part of me feels that if you didn't get to ingest, then it shouldn't count. But the other part of me knows that some of the food is getting absorbed through the mouth and some will make it past the pouch. Have you posed this question to the WW folks?
