Back Pain

Since surgery 4/17/18 I’ve lost 30lbs but now my back hurts all the time. I don’t know why! Has anyone else experienced this?

What part of your back? Mine hurts mid-back, both sides.

It’s most likely due to your back compensating for your abdominals. It’s always happened to me during all 5 of my abdominal surgeries. It will go away over time but exercising and maybe a hot pack will help alleviate the pain

Mine too! Mid back and both sides. At work I have like all these pillows to keep me up.

I just keep a heating pad on my back at work. Unfortunately, my surgery was 3 months ago now.
