Step 1 Diet-Need non-milk protein sources!

I am a fan of Nuzest Protein Powder as its pea Protein that I use as a smoothie. Thankfully I can finally add fresh fruit to help the taste. I’ve also added egg white protein. (Fair warning it makes things eggy).

I’ve had luck with non cow dairy like goat cheese.< br />
The first few weeks dairy was completely off for me but lately I’ve been able to add some back.
