Changing eating habits

I had the gastric sleeve surgery March 19th. Since then I have had a hard time with food tolerance. My food allergies has gotten worst can’t handle dairy, wheat, eggs and now meat. So I eat a gluten free vegan meal plan. Need so much help with my new eating plan.
