Ossama El Maghraby 24 Posted May 19, 2018 Heu Guys Today is my 1 month Surgeversary. I proudly lost 21.5 kgs which translates to almost 47 pounds! Its been a rough ride but i am enjoying it so far! If i have one piece of advice to anybody is just stick with the program and remember eat as much of the right foods as you can. It will bump up ur metabolism and get you to where you want to be. I still have 28kgs to lose but i know i will lose them. All thanks to my surgeon Dr Khaled Qatry in Alexandria, Egypt who is the kindest most compassionate kind and always concerned surgeon i have ever met. magpie26 244 Posted May 19, 2018 I just celebrated my one month sleeve surgery too. Since my last checkup oom 4/2 to today, I've lost 35 pounds. From highest weight it is 45!
