Happy Go Lucky 77 Posted May 18, 2018 3 mo. post op. Still doing good. I am down about 45lbs since surgery on 2/12/18. Still working on Protein and getting enough Water in and taking my Vitamins on time. I set an alarm for it and it worked at first but I sometimes ignore it. No complications (knock on wood) and I feel fine. Cravings are still close to gone. Every now and then I will get a craving but it usually passes after drinking water or a liquid. I don't really care for sweets, including pop. I cannot believe i am saying that because I was a heavy snack food junkie. I am getting out and enjoying the weather as much as i can. Every step counts. I can tolerate pretty much any food that i have tried. I constantly looking for healthy recipes, as I am trying to stay away from fried and frozen foods. Drop some recipes if you know of any (that are good). I still get kinda frustrated after being full after 3 bites, i sit there and stare at the food like really? lol I plan on buying a bike and hitting the trail that i walk on in the morning. We shall see. 7 Biddy zz 🏳️🌈, Apple203, allwet and 4 others reacted to this

raeraerae 59 Posted May 18, 2018 Congratulations! It sounds like you’re working it and it’s paying off! I’m two months out. I feel surprised and frustrated sometimes when I get full so quickly, even when I’m working hard to pace myself over 30 minutes. But I keep listening to my body! I have tons of recipes. What kind of things do you like?

YeahOkay31 651 Posted May 18, 2018 Congrats on your progress. I made this the other night (sans butter) and it was quite tasty --well at least the two micro bites I could eat! https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/broiled-cod
