star2017 80 Posted May 18, 2018 I'm 5 weeks post op and Feeling great so far! I'm down 22 lbs since surgery and total 39lbs since the start of my pre op diet. I went from 232 to currently 193! I'm learning which foods i can eat and thing i can no longer tolerate or no longer like. I drink mostly Water and milk i haven't found any drinks that i really like. All the sugar free drinks don't sit well since surgery. How are you other April sleevers doing? 2 FancyChristine15 and Nikki_Nik87 reacted to this

YeahOkay31 651 Posted May 18, 2018 Late April here, exactly 3 weeks today. Down 23 pounds since surgery - down 97 from my highest. Not feeling that great, having some nausea and heartburn issues, along with some fatigue. All expected this early out but hoping for some energy soon! All the sugar free drinks don't sit well since surgery. How are you other April sleevers doing? I’m 5 weeks post op too. I feel pretty good except I get a little fatigued faster than before surgery. I’m 20lbs down since surgery. 32lbs since my pre-op diet. Started at 192 and currently 160.I do get scared that I’m stretching out my pouch. It seems I always eat until I have discomfort in my stomach. Trying to learn to eat slower 1 TexasMommy80 reacted to this
TLHvsg2018 33 Posted May 19, 2018 Just over 3 weeks here. Sadly, only 10lbs down. I guess I’m one of the slow losers Still learning to drink more Water. I can’t stomach crystal light anymore so I’m just drinking water plain. Most foods sit well with me, thankfully. Still have lots more to try but I’m in no rush to push it. Still happy with my food selection for now.

Nikki_Nik87 27 Posted May 19, 2018 Had my surgery 4/25/18 (a little over 3 weeks ago). I've been doing good. Nothing I've eaten has given me a bad reaction yet. Still having trouble getting in all my Protein and Water in, though. It's tough and imagine it's going to be much more difficult when I go back to work. 😕
