The best tasting one I have found is Soylent Meal Replacement drinks, in the coffee flavor ( the black and white bottle). If memory serves me correctly, 20mg protein per serving. I blend it with ice and two dates in my Vitamix. It is incredibly delicious. Seriously, if you need a vegan protein source this stuff is awesome. I do have to drink it slow due to sugar content (maltodextrin) but otherwise it's perfect. I put up with that sugar because I am that desperate to get some protein. Oops just re read your post and see you want low sugar. Sorry. Maybe that post will assist someone else, so I will leave it. Have you tried salad?
