I have heard the weight loss is slower for lower BMIs!! Wanting to know when most of the weight was lost and how much have people lost so far?

My surgery was May 2. My BMI was below 34 on the day of surgery. The weight loss seems slower for me than others.

Time will tell!

Hey that’s still good! I guess we have to just look at it as any weight loss is progress and it’s smaller than what we were before!! Stay positive!! Your goal weight is closer than you think
