Incision site pain management

Hi everyone!

Quick question, does anyone have any tricks for managing pain at an incision site? Out of the 5 I have, only one hurts. Aleve/Tylenol doesn’t seem to work on it.

Thoughts?

You can try ice packs if you're home. That will help with inflammation. Mine bothered me for about a week.

It'll get better day by day, I only had one sore one too and I'd say within a week it was pretty much gone. Just try and avoid triggering it, for me that was rolling on to my left side or over stretching or twisting awkwardly.
