11 months out and 130 lbs gone

[downsizing2017 64]

I was sleeved 6/22/17 my highest weight was 330 weight day of surgery 319 today I weigh 195. I do fluctuate between 195 to 200. I went from a size 4X and acsize 26w pants now I'm a size large top size 12 pants. I still wanna lose 20 more lbs. I have taken on a more active lifestyle trying new things. I just did a 7 miles hike last weekend. I would have never done that before. I would have had to of been stranded in the desert with the Oasis 7 miles in sight to even think about it before. I walk, hula hoop, dance, anything to keep moving. If I find myself having a lazy day I tell myself you are not this person anymore. Find something to do. It's just a new way of life. I never want to go back. First pic is my before at 330lbs
