Hi I'm new here I'm one month out before my surgery. I'm a little nervous and excited to start this journey. Is there anyone that can give me any advice.

Giving advice'that's one of our specialities here. Ask a question, usually,5-6 people will answer you and each,of us may have a slightly,different slant on things. Read the advice and see if there is anything go you use for your future.
