I loved the Pampered Chef Cinnamon Plus but they don’t make it anymore.

I am a sugaraholic (I would put 1/4 C on my Rice Crispies). But I have found that I can eat unsweetened applesauce & oatmeal without any sugar if I just sprinkle some of the CP on it! I wanted to share the recipe with all of you!

6T cinnamon

1/2t ground ginger

1T orange peel

1T all spice

1t cloves

2t nutmeg

Mix it all together an sprinkle it on apples, oatmeal, grits, sweet potatoes.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
