Michelle 1980 4 Posted May 14, 2018 I'm starting again for the second time. i had lost 40Kgs put have put most of it back on. Back on shakes. I'm going to do shakes 2 times a day for 3 months. I just brought the nutrition guide to get back on track. Any one else starting again after putting weight back on.
