Finally 150 lbs lost!

Such a great transformation! Its rare to see someone who started out, like myself, on the high side of the BMI scale. Did you stop loosing at a certain point or still going? I see you are almost to the 18 month mark?

Thank you! I lost a majority of the weight my first 8 months then I hit a 3 month stall then recently around April I went from 254 lbs to 240 today. I am not sure exactly how it kind of just happened.

I am still losing and if I was actually motivated to exercise I would probably lose more. I found out that not dwelling on it makes it much easier and just going with the flow

That's great! I keep waiting for the scale to stop moving, but it hasn't so far. I'm almost 4 months post op.
