Thank you so much. I do have a lot of loose skin, my upper thighs, my stomach upper arms and breasts. As hard as it is to look at it sometimes, it is better than being heavy. I haven't worked out much but that is mainly due to my cardiac issues. I wish I was able to do more exercise other than small walks.
