bluebutterfly 60 Posted May 8, 2018 I have been looking at this as well. I’m wanting to try it but would love to hear feedback from anyone who has.
luvs2terriers 3 Posted May 8, 2018 Same here. I have heard that pills are hard to take after surgery. Also it stinks like it would be easier. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
baribetty 165 Posted May 9, 2018 My Kaiser team said they aren’t a good option. But I wish they were! Would love to hear people’s thoughts. HW 289SW 262VSG 5/2/18 Kaiser, Ontario - Dr. Chin

Chariff 6 Posted July 13, 2018 The beast product. Don’t think twice. Love my Tespo
Asmundson69 17 Posted July 22, 2018 I just bought it, not the best tasting but it only taste yucky for a few min. I'm really bad at taking my Vitamins and find that it's much simpler to do it all at once. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
VSGSabrinaL 0 Posted August 11, 2018 I bought it because I was struggling to chew those huge nasty Vitamins twice a day. It is wonderful and so easy to swallow. I love mine.

aussiemomdinoaunt 184 Posted November 27, 2018 If you are looking into liquid vitamins, I highly recommend Mary Ruth's liquid Vitamins. I found them on Amazon and LOVE them. I have Celiac Disease and have to be careful about additives and these are gluten free, and have all the vitamins that my NUT and surgeon want me to have. Blue is the info for the night time ones and red is for the morning. The only downside is the 8 carbs per serving but these are pretty much the only carbs I have all day so it doesn't bother me at all.
