Has anyone stalled for 3 months? Or more?

Surgery 09/14/17. I’ve not changed a thing, I even tightened the reigns on things I had gotten loose with, I’ve been stalled about 2.5-3 months. Does this mean I’m basically done?

I doubt if you are done. And yes, I have been stalled for 4 months. I am doubling my exercise this week to see if that has any effect. I read different approaches and I think it takes experimentation for each person to break through it. Some increase Protein to 100gr and Water to 120oz and up the activity. Some up calories for 3 days, then drop them to 800 for 2 days, and keep doing that to jolt the metabolism. Some people try new foods instead of the same menu - like eat fish for dinner for a week, or eat Breakfast foods for dinner.

I am trying to remain hopeful as possible.
