I started at the same high weight and had surgery 1 week ago. Your pics inspire me to quit whining about my liquid diet. (It would help if my husband wasn't home to "help" me and making tons of delicious food for himself) 😕

Let me tell you!!!! I am a SLOW LOSER

You will surpass me in no time flat (practically everyone has)

I barely worked out in the beginning

No energy to so why bother

The ONLY thing I did was stay strict to the rules

No eating and drinking within 30 mins of each other

Stop eating at my almost full point

At least 60 g clean Protein

At least 64 oz of fluids

You will do GREAT
