I haven’t over eaten at all but am worried that my sleeve is stretching I am six months out and can eat more than just last month but i started working out pretty heavily which can stimulate appetite also It is highly unlikely that it has stretched (ask for diagnostics if really worried) most likely the swelling from surgery is gone which leaves more room for food. Some one please correct me if i am wrong... Also beware of slider foods with offer no resistance in the new stomach which leaves you hungrier quicker. They can also lead to higher than expected kcal counts . For me its yogurt nuts and seeds. Seemingly healthy right except 28-30g of nuts are 160-190 kcals! jaminator 262 Posted May 7, 2018 One year out here. You will notice you can increasingly eat more, but if you get the Protein first and then whatever side, you should get the full signal and be able to stop. My first few months I was kind of terrified because I could eat so little. But now I’m a happy medium. Tonight i went to sushi and had 3 pieces of wife’s roll and 5 slices of sashimi and feel just right. 3 Taoz, Jdesmond73 and FlyFatA$$Fly reacted to this
