camopink27 18 Posted May 6, 2018 Just wondering how much everyone has lost 4 months out?
GreenTealael 25,436 Posted May 6, 2018 I lost about 40-45 lbs at that point. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
XYZXYZXYZ1955 675 Posted May 6, 2018 I had to go back and check, but I'd lost about 60 by then. Some rocky times since--went up 10 and down 10, which is a relief overall but frustrating. It may be useful to get an idea, but just be aware that there are a ton of different factors at work, so your mileage will be yours alone--you may lose more quickly or slowly than others, but you will, if you follow the plan, lose. And, to be honest, I don't care that much about how much I lose and how quickly, as long as I keep it off long-term. That's the real prize here. 2 FluffyChix and GreenTealael reacted to this

Thank you, I’m down 72 pounds and May 8th will be my 4 month mark. It must be all in my head because I feel like I’m not where I should be. I’m starting to see that my weight issues are truly a mental thing. I am strictly sticking to the plan and doing everything I should, just was curious where others were. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
Jdesmond73 138 Posted May 6, 2018 (edited) 90 lbs (including the 29 lbs lost on pre op diet) at 4 Months. I’m sure I’ll begin to slow here soon but it’s been rapid so far. Edited May 6, 2018 by Desmondo73 1 Stephanie_A reacted to this
