Brina22 4 Posted May 3, 2018 I started at 315 and the lowest i got was 186. Now i am back to 204. Someone give me pointers on how to get some of these pounds off??
Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted May 4, 2018 #1 - Don't waste time beating up on yourself. You have MAINTAINED a loss of 111 pounds. #2 - Get back to basics, log all your food, measure your Water, 30-30-30, Protein then veggies, then fruit, then carbs #3 - Take a break from processed foods and watch things that trigger you to overeat. For me, carbs make me crave more (and stupider choice) carbs. But you know what sets you off. #4 - No alcohol or sweet drinks It's really about getting back to what worked in the first place. I'm no expert on getting back on the wagon after surgery, but I've failed enough diet plans over the last 45 years to know what the reset button looks like. And, definitely, ask for support when you need it! 3 allwet, ProudGrammy and GreenTealael reacted to this
Brina22 4 Posted May 4, 2018 What does 30 30 30 mean. What is an example of processed foods?Sent from my LG-TP260 using BariatricPal mobile app 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
XYZXYZXYZ1955 675 Posted May 4, 2018 One suggestion I've seen is to go for a total reset--that is, go back on something like Protein Drinks for two meals and the third lean meat and veggies. Try that for a week or two and then gradually move back to regular (but appropriate) meals. Good luck. 2 GreenTealael and Orchids&Dragons reacted to this

These tend to be high in fat and preservatives 2 dcopps and GreenTealael reacted to this
