chicken breast, mushrooms, onions, peppers, zucchini, yellow squash....stir fry this with a little olive oil, a little reduced sodium soy, and a little Montreal Steak Seasonings.

Eat with a quarter cup of brown rice. The super healthy crowd pleaser that everyone asks for.

I don't think I'll ever get tired of this dinner. Yum:)

Watermelon for dessert:)

You can have my share of the Watermelon🍉 and everybody else's. That stuff makes me hurl, all melon does, rotten boy cousins used to chase me with it to see what I would do. Cheap entertainment for them!🍉
