Has anyone had a long term stall, I’ve been stalled for a while. I have not hit my GW. I have about 40 more lbs to lose! I’m 2 yrs post op.

Reduce calories. Add exercise. (or boost what you're already doing to more challenging tougher exercise)

Maybe if you eat more calories, you'll have the fuel you need to exercise more and boost your metabolism?
