Yes so much better, even tho I was a healthy big person!! Didn't have any health problems other than over weight!

Thank you! The only thing I wish I could do now is see my self walk down the street!! Sounds stupid but although I can see I've lost in pictures I can't see myself in real life!!

Its funny you mention this because I was at a gas station recently and there was a security camera with a monitor. I looked up and saw myself. It was a unique way to see my progress. I would have cringed before, but now I kept looking at myself.

I always look at the camera going Into the petrol station!!!! I never do shop or car windows cus think they make u look bigger [emoji23][emoji23]
