Who has BCBS of Alabama that pays 80% for Bariatric? Wondering how much you paid out of pocket?

I have Fed Blue, but my approval letter and everything came from BCBS of Alabama and they're paying 100% of surgical costs. All I had to pay out of pocket were the co-pays for dr. visits.
