myTime2Shine* 4 Posted May 2, 2018 Im 14 days out, I’m concerned that I’m eating too much... this is what my regular day looks like. 7am Vitamins8am premier shake9 am water bottle (yes I can drink the whole Water bottle, small sips every 5-10 minutes) 10:30 purée food (retried beans)11:30 fat free Jello1:pm water bottle 1:30 re fried Beans 1/3 cup ( is that a lot??)2:30 fat free jello3:00pm water bottle 5 pm refríes beans 1/3 cup again6 pm water bottleI Usually get hungry again in two hours and I will either get a little more beans or drink half a premier shake. Someone tell me this is normal I’m worried it’s a lot and too soon. But water goes down perfectly fine, so do my beans I feel normal and I’m only 14 days out.. 1/3 cup or a bit less is what I can eat as a meal and that’s it.. sometimes it’s a lot less... help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Sounds normal for pureed or soft food stage to me. 440 calories - 48 grams Protein - 51 grams carbs. I'm using myfitnesspal to log your example of food.
